This class is held in a large and spacious open-planned dance studio at Rainham Girls School, Derwent Way, Rainham, Kent. Parking is available on-site.

Full of energy and enjoyment, this dance class will teach you some basic dance moves and help you get in shape at the same. We use current popular music for dance, hoop and gentle weight routines.

Hannah is a professionally trained dancer, her choreography is original and will not be found anywhere else.

The hoops are optional for those who like a little extra challenge, they are great fun and especially helpful for strengthening and trimming your hips and waist.
